1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to ShoesHub. By accessing or using shoeshub.in, creating an account, listing a product, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use ShoesHub you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. When you create one, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current and complete information.
• Keeping your password confidential and your account secure.
• All activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Please tell us straight away if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Using the platform

ShoesHub is an online ecommerce platform – a marketplace – to buy and sell shoes.

For buyers

You may browse listings, place orders and pay for products through the platform. A purchase is a contract for the specific items you order, subject to acceptance and availability.

For sellers

If you list products, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, having the right to sell the items, fulfilling orders, and complying with all applicable laws. You must not list counterfeit, stolen or otherwise unlawful goods.

5. Product listings & accuracy

We and our sellers work hard to describe products accurately, including images, sizes, materials and prices. Even so, colours can appear differently on different screens and minor errors can occur. Listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer, and we reserve the right to correct errors and update or remove listings at any time.

6. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and it has been dispatched. All orders are subject to product availability. We may decline or cancel an order – for example, where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud – and where you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

7. Pricing & taxes

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• If we discover a genuine pricing error, we will let you know and give you the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

8. Payments

You can pay using UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By making a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

9. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India through our delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to location, courier delays or events outside our control. For full details on timelines and charges, please see our Shipping Info page.

10. Returns & refunds

We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which explains what is eligible, how to start a return and how refunds are processed. Please read it before requesting a return.

11. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be able to return it under our Return Policy. Any refund for a cancelled order will be made to your original payment method.

12. Intellectual property

All content on ShoesHub – including our name, logo, design, text, graphics and software – is owned by or licensed to ShoesHub and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Prohibited conduct

When using ShoesHub, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• List or sell counterfeit, stolen or prohibited products.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
• Post false, misleading, offensive or infringing content.
• Use bots, scrapers or similar tools to harvest data without our consent.

14. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep ShoesHub reliable and accurate, but the platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoesHub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to ShoesHub or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ShoesHub after a change means you accept the updated terms, so please check back from time to time.
