What can be returned
To qualify for a return or exchange, items should be:
- Unworn and unused, with clean soles and no signs of wear.
- In their original box and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by your order ID so we can find your purchase.
- Sent back within the 7-day window from the delivery date.
What can't be returned
For hygiene, safety and fairness, a few things stay with you:
- Footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows visible use.
- Items returned without their original box or with missing tags.
- Clearance and final-sale products, where marked on the page.
- Returns requested after the 7-day window has closed.

How refunds work
After inspection, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds are typically the fastest to settle.
How exchanges work
Prefer a different size or style? We'll dispatch your replacement as soon as the original pair is on its way back – subject to availability.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours with a quick photo and your order ID. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover the return cost.

Inspection & approval
When your return reaches us, our team gives it a quick check to make sure it meets the eligibility points above. As soon as it's approved, your refund or exchange is set in motion – and we'll keep you updated by email along the way.
Original shipping fees
If your order qualified for free delivery over ₹999, there's nothing to recover. For returns of damaged or incorrect items, you pay nothingat all – we cover the entire cost.
Refunds on UPI orders
Paid via UPI and enjoyed the instant 10% discount? Your refund reflects the amount you actually paid, returned to the same UPI account or card you used.
