To process and ship an order we collect your shipping and billing address, the items you bought, sizes, order history, and contact details for delivery. We ship across India, so this information is shared with our delivery partners as described below.

Payment information

Payments are made via UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, and are processed by our third-party payment partners. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded along with limited details (such as the last digits of a card or a transaction reference). We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN on our servers.

Usage & device information

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit – your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This helps us keep the platform secure and improve how it works.
