How long will my order take to arrive?+
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We process orders within 1–2 business days, then hand them to our delivery partner. You can follow every step on our Shipping Information page.
Do you offer free delivery?+
Yes – delivery is free on every order above ₹999. A small flat fee applies to orders below that amount, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Where does ShoesHub deliver?+
We ship across Indiato most PIN codes. If your area isn't serviceable at checkout, reach out and we'll do our best to arrange an alternative.
How do I track my order?+
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can watch it travel from our warehouse to your doorstep. You can also check the latest status from your account.
Can I shop in person?+
Absolutely. Alongside shoeshub.in, we run an offline store in Punewhere you can try on styles and meet the team. Browse online, shop in store – whatever suits you.
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+
We offer easy 7-day returns and exchanges on eligible products. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Full details live on our Return & Exchange Policy page.
How do I start a return or exchange?+
Email info@shoeshub.inwith your order ID and let us know whether you'd like a refund or a different size or style. Our team will arrange a pickup or share return instructions right away.
When will I get my refund?+
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds usually land sooner.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?+
We're sorry about that. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order ID, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund – no return shipping cost to you.
Are any items non-returnable?+
For hygiene and safety, used footwear, items missing their original packaging and clearance or final-sale products may not be eligible for return. We'll always flag this clearly on the product page.
