How delivery works in detail
We've designed shipping to be predictable and stress-free. From the moment you check out to the knock on your door, here's what happens behind the scenes.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Anything placed on a weekend or public holiday is picked up on the next working day. During major sales, processing may take a little longer – we'll always keep you posted.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS. You can follow your parcel's progress in real time and see its estimated delivery date at every stage.
If a delivery is missed
Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If a parcel can't be delivered – for example, no one is available or the address needs a correction – it's held safely and we'll reach out to arrange redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship it or process a refund.
